Board Of Engineers Malaysia
Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia (Lembaga) adalah sebuah badan berkanun di bawah Kementerian Kerja Raya Malaysia dan ditubuhkan di bawah Akta Pendaftaran Jurutera 1967. Di antara fungsi-fungsi Lembaga adalah menyelenggara permohonan pendaftaran Jurutera Siswazah dan Jurutera Profesional dan menentukan serta mengawal tata kelakuan dan kesusilaan profesion kejuruteraan

Menurut Seksyen 24A(1), Akta Pendaftaran jurutera 1967 (pindaan 2002) "No person shall employ a person, sole proprietership, partnership or body corporate, other than a registered engineer or an engineering consultancy practise, to perform professional engineering services", mereka yang gagal mendaftar dengan Lembaga jika disabitkan kesalahan, boleh didenda tidak lebih dari RM2000.00.
